Your japa count and mala count are stored using your device's local storage. This means:

The data exists only on your device.
We have no access to it whatsoever.

It is not backed up to any cloud by this app.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

How long is data kept? Your japa and mala count data is retained locally on your device for as long as the app remains installed. We hold no copies on any server — there is nothing to expire or delete on our end.

How to delete your data: You have full control over your data at all times. You can permanently delete it using any of the following methods:

In-app reset: Use the reset or clear option in the app's settings to instantly wipe all saved counts and history.
Device settings: Go to Settings → Apps → Radha Naam Jap Counter → Storage → Clear Data.
Uninstall the app: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.

Because all data is stored locally, deletion is instant and permanent. No request to us is required.

6. Internet Permissions & Analytics

The app may use standard internet permissions for non-intrusive purposes such as linking to external resources or anonymous crash reporting to help us identify bugs and improve the app. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever linked to these activities.
